Edward Fuller and his wife, whose name is unknown, came to America on the Mayflower with their son Samuel. They were originally from Rendenhall, England, but had been living in exile in Leyden, Holland with other English separatists before making the trip to America.

Edward and his wife were among the many Mayflower passengers who died that first difficult winter at Plymouth. They are buried in unmarked graves on Cole's Hill.
